Sidu started consulting with Gojek in 2015 through his startup C42, which was soon acquired by Gojek. Since then, he has been part of the exponential growth of Gojek and played various roles ranging from scaling the tech stack to scaling the organization. That is 1100x growth in 36 months, now serving 200M+ orders per month. One remarkable thing about this jouney is that they were able to achive with an ultra-lean team.
