In this tutorial I explain how to create a mobile app on Android or iPhone even if you are not a programmer, and don’t know how to code.

The 6 strategies are outsourcing, learning to code, finding co-founders for your app business, a hybrid approach where you hire programmers to help you code the app while also teaching you how to program, hiring web development agencies, and using off the shelf tools to get your app created without writing any code.

When non-technical app entrepreneurs first try to create an app, one of their first impulses is to partner with an app developer. It is a great strategy in theory, but the challenge there is that the developer would have to work for free. That isn’t too attractive for the developer because if they work for free, they might as well work on their mobile app business ideas, and not yours. Additionally, according to Paul Graham of Y Combinator, it isn’t a good idea to jump into business relationships with people that you have no working history with.

Another thing you can do to have your mobile app developed if you are not a programmer is to hire a freelance app developer to create the app for you. These days, the cost of the development has really dropped, and you can get an app developed for a relatively inexpensive price.

If you want slightly higher quality, better design and more reliability and dependability from your developers, you can hire a mobile app agency. The only problem with hiring an app agency is that it will cost more money. But you will get your app created faster, and it will probably be better than if you had just paid a single freelance software engineer to do it for you.

You can also create an Android or iPhone mobile app if you use off the shelf software where you can use their drag and drop technology to create screens for your app.

You can also try to learn how to make apps by learning Android development or iOS development with which you will be able to make mobile apps for Android or iPhone.
